Our boarding facilities provide students with a home-from-home, with over 220 single en-suite rooms ensuring a comfortable, safe and secure boarding experience.
All our boarding houses are located within walking distance on the same road as the school. Catered or self-catered accommodation is also available for over 18s to give them an experience of independent living before attending university.

Our team of live-in House Parents become a familiar face for every student and are always on hand to provide the highest standard of safety and pastoral care and help students settle into their residences by creating a caring and comfortable home.

You can take advantage of more space to study, relax and socialise with our premium accommodation option. You will benefit from a larger area to live and work; with additional storage space, as well as your own personal welcome pack to make you feel more comfortable during the first few weeks.
Our Premium Rooms come complete with towels, bath robe, bed linen, storage solutions, laundry bag, power adaptors, extension cables, water bottle and other amenities to help students feel at home.
Boarding For Ages 13 - 17
Chaucer House is our newest Boarding House. It offers a welcoming home-from- home environment for all our boarders. The accommodation is safe and secure throughout, and is especially well suited for our younger students. Additional facilities include a new common room and shared social spaces as well as a new café for you to use during the day, complementing the full dining service for our boarding students.
Location
Chaucer House is situated next to the main school building. Classes and reception are only a minute walk away and it is only 10 minutes’ walk to the glorious city centre.

Archbishops House is a homely residence that is a two- minute walk from the main campus. It offers a welcoming home-from- home environment for all our boarders. The accommodation is safe and secure throughout. The open plan kitchen and common area is a hub of activity with students preparing snacks and enjoying social activities in the heart of the house.

Boarding For Ages 18+
Marlowe Lodge is a welcome extension to our fast-expanding Canterbury campus, located right in the heart of our existing campus on New Dover Road. Offering a home-from-home environment for all our boarders, Marlowe Lodge is safe and secure throughout and is particularly suited to the over 18s. You will have an opportunity to use the facilities in the adjacent Chaucer House, including a new common room and shared social spaces as well as a new café to use during the day, complementing the full dining service for our boarding students.

You will have an opportunity to use the facilities in the adjacent Chaucer House, including a new common room and shared social spaces as well as a new café to
use during the day, complementing the full dining service for our boarding students.
There is a fully equipped large kitchen for students to enjoy with an adjoining
communal space for socialising and relaxation.
