Activities

By taking part in some of our wide range of activities, students develop their interests outside of the classroom, build on existing skills and nurture new interests – and stand out on their university application. If students wish to take part in higher-level sporting activities, our Activities Manager will assist with trials for local teams.

Personal Development Activities

We offer a variety of additional extra-curricular opportunities to help you build personal skills outside of your academic studies. For example; First Aid Courses, Monthly trips, Cultural evening, UCAS enhancement, Chinese students consultation session, Student ambassadors, Inter-house competitions, US exchange, and many more.

Social Events and Trips

We organise school social events on a regular basis and there are activities organised every week for you to take part in. Common rooms, pool tables, table tennis and computer games are also available for evening recreation.

Our Welfare Team organises regular trips in the local area and around the UK to enable students to explore new cities, learn about the UK’s culture and engage in new experiences. We also plan international trips to provide students with diverse learning opportunities. Trips to New York and Austria are currently planned with previous trips including Bruges and Boston (USA).
